1. About This Document

Beyond the Pass is the registered business operating the GPPQE & Beyond exam preparation platform, Accra, Ghana. These terms govern your use of the platform at beyondthepass.net (and any associated URLs while the domain is being configured).

By registering or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

The platform is intended for pharmacy students and graduates preparing for the Ghana Pharmacy Profession Qualifying Examination (GPPQE). Access is granted after application review. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

3. Access & Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • Your account is personal and non-transferable.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

4. Payments

  • Payment is arranged via WhatsApp after your application is reviewed and approved.
  • All payments are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
  • Flexible payment arrangements may be discussed with the team prior to payment being made.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including lecture slides, recorded sessions, questions, case vignettes, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Beyond the Pass.

You may not:

  • Share, reproduce, or distribute any platform content
  • Record live sessions without written permission
  • Use platform content for commercial purposes

Content is provided for your personal exam preparation only.

6. Platform Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the platform.

Content is released on a monthly schedule. We reserve the right to adjust the schedule, content, or facilitators where necessary.

7. Privacy Policy

What we collect:

  • Name and email address (at registration)
  • Quiz and assessment responses
  • Progress and activity data within the platform

How we use it:

  • To manage your account and grant access
  • To track your progress and display it on your dashboard
  • To communicate with you about your account and programme updates
  • We do not sell your data to third parties
  • We do not share your data with advertisers

Data storage:

  • Your data is stored securely via Supabase (our database provider)
  • We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information

Your rights:

  • You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us via WhatsApp or email
  • You may request a copy of your personal data at any time

8. Communications

By registering, you agree to receive:

  • Account and access notifications via email
  • Programme updates and announcements via WhatsApp or email

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

GPPQE & Beyond provides educational preparation materials. We do not guarantee that use of the platform will result in passing the GPPQE. Results depend on individual effort and preparation. We are not liable for exam outcomes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
